	Thomas A. Roisum, MD, FCAP, FASCP, is the owner of OnSite Diagnostix and CellDox Laboratories. Dr. Roisum has been the AAMRO certified medical review officer (MRO) since 2002. An MRO makes sure there is no medical reason for a positive result when testing for drugs and alcohol. Being a local MRO, Dr. Roisum can easily address your questions and concerns, and assure the accuracy of OnSite test results to avoid legal issues.
	Rachel Epperson, PA(ASCP)cmp, is a urine drug screen collector and trainer for OnSite Diagnostix. She earned her master’s degree in pathologist assistant from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine in North Chicago, IL, in 2005. She maintains her PA certification through the American Society of Clinical Pathology and belongs to the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants.

Each urine drug screen collector and breath alcohol technician has completed qualification training and demonstrates proficiency in securing accurate collections.

The American Association of Medical Review Officers, Inc. (AAMRO), created in 1991, is a medical society dedicated to establishing national standards and certification of medical practitioners and other professionals in the field of drug and alcohol testing. AAMRO provides established standard practices and procedures as well as training programs and administration of certification Examinations. AAMRO certification ensures ethical conduct by competent professionals involved in the drug and alcohol testing industry.
