Policy Development

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Employee Education      
Employer must provide education materials explaining drug and alcohol regulatory requirements and employer’s policies and procedures for meeting them. Distribution to each employee of these educational materials and the employer’s policy regarding the use of drugs and alcohol is mandatory. OnSite will assist you with Employee Education.

Supervisory Training
One-hour of training is provided on the specific, contemporaneous physical, behavioral, and performance indicators of probable drug use. One-hour of training is also required on the specific, contemporaneous physical, behavioral, and performance indicators of probable alcohol use. OnSite is available to assist with your company’s Supervisory Training. 

Employee Assistance Program
OnSite Diagnostix provides a qualified referral to employees who need substance abuse counseling/rehabilitation assistance.
